Transform Engine converts your scans into accurate CAD files, compatible with numerous CAD software including Autodesk® CAD 2020. Receive all the files you need to get started on your projects immediately including .DWG (AutoCAD 2020 compatible), .CTB, PDF images, reflected ceiling plans (if applicable) and .RCS. All our CAD drawings follow the American Institute of Architects (AIA) guidelines on layering and naming conventions.

Key features

Accuracy: The Floor Plan model accuracy is approximate within 1” - 4” of true site conditions.
Field Verification: The Floor Plan file is not a substitute for field verification by design and construction professionals.

Order Scope

Measurements: The overall modeled area is measured to determine the square footage of the Floor Plan file
Total Area Measurement: Measured in relation to the inside face of the building shell or perimeter walls.
